This is a new in the box 1963-1966 Chevrolet and GMC 2wd truck and suburban front disc brake conversion with 6 lug wheels. This will drop the front of your truck 2.5 inches  This kit includes the following.
1-pair of new spindles drop 2.5 inches
1-pair of 6 lug drilled and slotted rotors..
1-pair of new calipers with semi metallic pads
1-complete set of bearings, seals, dust caps and spindle nut.
1-pair of rubber brake hoses from caliper - frame.
