    Description

    very nice unrestored 100% original Washington DC license plate.  2002 issue, number SA MPLE.  sample issue.  12 x 6 inches; red and blue legend on reflective white background.  completely straight and flat with excellent original paint as seen in the photos.  fresh out of the barn!  this is the style that just became obsolete; as of 2020 the plates now say "END TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION" - this one is the somewhat more silly celebratory "TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION".
