Antique Composition Shoulder Head Doll

Description

I was unable to determine her maker/age, but she is filled with straw and has teddy bear-like feet.  With that in mind, I would guestimate her being made in the early 1910s-20s?   She measures 24 inches tall and is unmarked.  She has composition arms up to her elbows and a shoulder plate head that measures 17"!  The rest of her body is straw filled cloth.  She has strawberry brown molded hair, hand painted right side glancing blue eyes with painted eyebrows and eyelashes, closed red painted mouth, rosy cheeks, and a button nose.  Her cloth body is two-toned, with her torso being an off-white color and her legs being more of a skin-toned peach color with built-in black cloth shoes.
Her composition is in pretty good condition.  It appears her face/hair has been repainted, albeit not professionally.  She does have little dings here and their on her arms.  She also has some kind of stain (rust?) on her cloth body, especially at the back of her shoulder plate (see pics).  She comes complete with her Paris inspired eggshell white top with French kitty, red hearts, and sparkling gold Eiffel Tower, and is adorned with sparkly black crinoline material on each sleeve, with matching black knit pants and tutu that are adorned with sparkles and red bows; white socks, and white lace-up shoes.
