Very dark/black glass rectangle in excellent shape.  Edge tape is in excellent condition, as is the envelope.
These items come from a home with dogs and a cat.  If your state requires Ebay to collect sales tax, they will do so.
Recycled boxes and materials may be used for shipping.
Shipping is by Fedex or USPS, or by arrangement for local pickup in the Los Angeles area.
