Fenton Carnival Cobalt Peacock at Urn Crimped Ruffled Compote AS IS Northwood?

Ok, I basically have no idea of what I am selling here except people have told me Fenton or Northwood is the maker and obviously it is a carnival glass compote.  I have no idea of how to tell the difference on company or of how old it is but I am happy to answer questions as I can tell you what I see.
This is a crimped or ruffled compote that I am attributing to Fenton or Northwood but please you be the judge.  I am guaranteeing that it is old so if you receive it and determine otherwise you are welcomed to return it or ask questions as I can tell you what I see. I am told it is cobalt blue and the name is Peacock at the Urn, really nice coloration and detailing.
Sizes are Approximate:  6" across, height 5 1/2"
Condition:
Good however there is a chip to bottom edge of foot, bubble and strawlines which add to the authenticity of the piece.
I have over 2,000 square feet of warehouse space filled to the ceiling with full totes and many still hold my art glass collection. When shipping internationally, all items will be valued at their final selling price.
