    Description

    Original Rare small highly detailed salesman sample version of the Bowser hand operated oil pump lube ster for filling cans and bottles in the old service stations. details include working swing stops to adjust the pump stroke and spigot with simulated non working top flow valve.
    size is 7 3/4 inches tall, mounting plate 1 1/4" X 2 1/4".
    original light used condition,we put it in a glass of water, will not pump with small hand crank but when you grab the top of pump rack and move it up and down fast it does pump.
