    Blue safelight signs of age, looks a little rusty on the outside and has some discoloration to it, does not affect the function. I plugged it in and it felt as if it was powering on strong. There are no lightbulbs in it. The red film seems to have crinkled in the glass but looks easy to take apart and replace. Selling as-is! Should be able to fix up easily, just needs new film and a lightbulb I believe. Untested with a lightbulb so not 100% on functionality. But it seems like it should work. Again, Selling AS-IS hence the low price!
