We realize a lot of our products require technical assistance. You can reach us through the Ebay Messaging system anytime and we usually get back immediately.
Handling time:
Most items in our store will ship within 24 hours. Our handling time is marked 2 days just in case something goes out of stock quicker than expected.
Products:
If you do not see a Product on our site please feel free to contact us through ebay to see if we have it. Many times it's in our warehouse but to small or inexpensive to list here. We can combine products and often do package deals on larger orders with transmissions and Torque Converters.
Package Shipping:
Free Shipping is to the 48 Cont US States. AK, HI and PR have a surcharge. We cover shipping on
most
items in our store. However, Some items vary to much in shipping cost. All of our parts ship UPS Ground. Tracking #'s are loaded in Paypal upon shipping. I do not Ship USPS because they have lost many of our packages and we can't afford to lose Products.
Transmissions:
We have transmissions to suit 350 - 2500 HP! All of our transmissions carry a 90 day workmanship warranty. Some internal PG parts have longer warranties. We realize that transmissions don't always go right into a project so feel free to let us know the estimated time of install for warranty reasons. There is no hidden Core charges involved in ANY of our transmission ads. However, if you are local, we can discount for your core.
Transmission Shipping:
Transmissions must ship to a valid business address or your local terminal for pickup. We can ship to a Residence at an additional cost. All transmissions come in a secure box strapped to a wooden pallet.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to anywhere in the world. We recently switched over to UPS WorldWide. I can comply with all Ebay shipping programs but do your research as I don't have any information about how that works.
Refunds:
All items are returnable in my store unless I list something personal in an open auction. If you return within 14 days you can get a full refund. If you want to return an unused and original packaged item after 14 days there will be a 15% Return fee. No items will be returned after 45 days as the paypal transaction details will not be available. If an item is sent back and determined to be defective or inoperable you will be refunded the full purchased amount through Paypal.
