You are bidding on 1 Tuck #3105 "The Herd" Elephant Figure by Marty Sculpture Milton VT. This one does not come in original box or original packing but has original tag on bottom. One of the tusk was missing so one has been made to resemble the original but looks good. It is in good used condition but has a few small minor paint issues so see photos for more on condition.
I normally do not accept returns. I feel that it is your responsibility to make sure of what you are getting. I describe items to the best of my ability. I am not an expert so I may be wrong. Look the photos over good and ask questions. I will send other photos if requested. If you and I both agree that I have misrepresented my item, I will return original purchase price. No RESERVE but Item sold as listed, pictured, and described. We list a large variety of items, some of which we sell for other people, and often do not know anything about the items. Ask questions before bidding. If there is any discrepancy in the description (which could happen due to our lack of knowledge about a particular item), always default to the photos.
