This Vintage 1980's Ski Suit is a Ski Bib and Matching Ski Jacket Made by EXL SPORTS COUTURE in Austria. Size is 40. Color is Dark Blue with Yellow/Gold Lining and Stripe Accents. Both pieces are in EXCELLENT PLUS condition for use and age. Lots of zipper pockets with all working zippers, snaps and elastic. Very well cared for and stored in back of a closet inside a plastic bag. Please see all Pictures...

    Description

    This recent find is from the Estate of a Retired Military Officer who was stationed in Germany during the time this Ski Suit would have been purchased. This Vintage 1980's Ski Suit is a Ski Bib and Matching Ski Jacket Made by EXL SPORTS COUTURE in Austria. Size is 40. Color is Dark Blue with Yellow/Gold Lining and Stripe Accents. Both pieces are in EXCELLENT PLUS condition for use and age. Jacket has Double closure including a full zip front with full snap over the top of the zipper and a snap on hood (hood is Nylon/Windbreaker fabric and not thicker fabric that jacket and bib are made of). Jacket has two front zip chest pockets, one inside velcro closure pocket and two front zip waist pockets. Sleeves zip from wrist going up arm several inches and has an adjustable wrist snap to tighten arm fit at wrist. Bib has elastic adjustable straps at shoulders and partial zip front. Bib has one front zip pocket on left side. Back of bib has an adjustable piece to cinch/tighten waist area. Bottom of Bib pants fan out to fit over snow boots and have additional nylon piece with elastic. All zippers work and elastic is still good. Snowsuit was very well cared for and stored in the back of a closet inside plastic bag. Approximate measurements are below and can be seen in pictures:
