Authentic 12" x 6" metal tag from South Dakota, don't know laws of SD, if sticker is year of purchase.  What you see is what you get.  Tag has been rinsed off, but not "cleaned".  Questions welcome.  Many more from couple dozen other states coming in next few days, weeks.
