Vintage Amber & Gold Overlay Blown Glass Centerpiece Bowl W/Rolled Rim & Matching Candle Holders. There is a black band also around the rim over the gold. This is a really unusual piece. I've seen these with the waterfall rim but not in these colors. The bowl measures 12 in across and probably only about 2 in high.
