Vintage Carnival Glass Scottie Dog Powder Jar Trinket Box Candy Dish

Here is a carnival glass jar with a lid featuring a Scottie Dog.  I believe this was my grandma's.  See photos from all sides.  I have checked it over and see no chips anywhere.  See photo with ruler for size reference.
