Vintage Iridescent Carnival Glass Bowl Fenton? Blues with Handles 7"

A vintage blue glass bon bon bowl with handles on each side. Measures 3" h x 7 1/4" dia. I think its a Fenton but I'm not 100% sure.  Condition is used.
